Take a Tour of a Craft Vodka Distillery at Republic Restoratives

Whether you’re a fan of vodka, gin, brandy or bourbon, you’ll find it all at Republic Restoratives, one of DC’s favorite distilleries. In fact, this distillery was started by a crowd funding campaign, which just goes to show how much the community believes in it. 

Republic Restoratives supplies its spirits to many of the bars and restaurants around town, so you may have already had them before. If you want to dig a bit deeper into how they’re made, you can come in to take a tour of the distillery and visit the tasting room on Saturday afternoons (just make sure to sign up online ahead of time). Republic Restoratives also frequently hosts special events, such as the Women Running the Liquor World series.
