Shop for Everyone on Your Nice List at DC’s Downtown Holiday Market

Returning for 2019 on Nov. 22, DC’s Downtown Holiday Market is a community-based outdoor holiday gathering that showcases small and local businesses with a diverse mix of unique and seasonal products to create a one-stop shopping experience.  This 15th annual festive village features 150 artisans in the industries of jewelry, pottery, painting, and textiles. These diverse goods are offered by 60 exhibitors, and their wares are rotated each day to offer a variety of unique items to choose from.  Festive snacks and treats will be available, along with seasonal entertainment to create a festive shopping environment. This “village” found in the heart of downtown D.C. proves a holiday delight with the spirit of the season showcased over a total of four weeks (through Dec. 23). 

The Downtown Holiday Market is open noon to 8 p.m. daily. It’s located across from the Capital One Arena and in front of the Smithsonian American Art Museum & National Portrait Gallery, spanning between 7th & 9th Streets, NW.
